Quite thin fabric, solidity to see in use. Both items are removable. On the other hand, I don't know if they can be machine-washed because of the plastic pins (if anyone knows, I would like an answer 😉). Easily transportable thanks to the carrying case. Not yet tested, I will come back to modify after a few sessions.

Have been using the set for a few weeks now. It takes a little getting used to at first, but the effect is great! Now I relax so much that I even fall asleep. The bag in which you can store the set when not in use is also great.

We love this mat It is used every evening, it promotes blood circulation and thus muscles are relaxed . It comes in a pouch so you can take it anywhere Delivery was great with no problems .
