"The item arrived damaged in many places. The sound of the bell does not match the quality stated by the seller. It is either out of tune or deformed due to the damage to the musical instrument. The sound is unclear and the notes are not tuned. Therefore, the musical instrument is not ready for playing as it has defects in both sound and appearance. The item does not match the sound and quality claimed by the seller and is damaged. Photos and videos are attached. The instrument is out of tune, and I am dissatisfied with the purchase. Additionally, the item arrived without proper packaging, which most likely caused the damage. I ask the seller to refund my money, and I can return the item back. Thank you for your understanding." ---
Sadly one arrived damaged, it does have a nice sound but it doesn’t seem to be the same high quality as the website shows. IMO they don’t seem worth the price paid . It’s disappointing.
Elegantně zabalený je trochu odlišný od jeho prezentace. Zvuk je úžasný. Díky výrobci a prodejci.
