How to Use : "[Coltsfoot Shampoo] Dispense an adequate amount, then massage into the scalp, and rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. For the second shampoo, it would be better to gently massage the crown of the head intensively and leave it for 3 minutes before rinsing.
[Coltsfoot Lotion] Shake well before use. Open the cap and slightly turn the twist top cap, then apply evenly to a dry scalp and massage gently with fingertips, patting lightly for absorption. Applying pressure to the scalpe and the skin surrounding the ears further enhances the massage effect."
