Hello and the Joom Team. So I think the flop-flops are really good and nice so far. But what I don't understand is that I ordered these flip flops in size 37-38. I got a size 35-36 and I'm really disappointed. I can't do anything more than click on the correct size, if the Joom team doesn't see that then it's very sad. Now I was also lucky in that the flip-flops still fit me somewhat, but I would have felt really comfortable in 37-38. Well, I hope something like this doesn't happen again. But they are good in terms of appearance and comfort.
I also bought them black, same number and they fit perfectly, these white ones are bigger despite being the same number.. I don't understand why. I can't wear them.

They are very nice. I wear size 39-40 and will take 41 in the future
