Installation Steps:
1. Remove the gear head and gear sleeve.
2. Loosen the 4 base screws.
3. Loosen the bolt at the gear position of the chassis.
4. Remove the sleeve and clamp parts on the gear base.
5. Remove the original gear lever.
6. Coat the new gear lever with lubricant. Reassemble everything back.
