It fastens with a small clasp at the back onto a thin chain. The coliur we chose was silver and it looks like real silver There are 3 pendants which hang, one is hello kitty 😺 one is a large butterfly 🦋 and one is a small heart 💕 ❤️ a very cute design and my daughter is happy with it 😊 The quality is fantastic as always from this seller.
