Immediately after ordering, DHL contacted me that I had to pay import duties and VAT, on the purchase amount 140 euros, another 64 euros had to be paid. Contacted Joom, why do I have to pay extra if I already buy something including VAT according to the website. Joom promised to compensate, but the only thing you can get is points in the webshop, and I'm still waiting for that. Cash compensation is not an option! In short, I will never buy anything here again! You will be persuaded to buy under false promises, and if you then contact customer service you will, if you are lucky, get contact with ill-informed employees. Then your "question" is picked up again several times by another employee who then asks exactly the same things as his previous colleague. What an amateur bunch!
