Product usage: Adults over 18 years of age: Wash and dry the painful area thoroughly. Apply one patch to the affected area and leave it on for 8 to 12 hours. If pain persists after using the first patch, apply the second patch again. Leave on for 8 to 12 hours. Use only one patch at a time. Remove protective film and apply to skin. Use maximum of 2 sheets per day. Use only maximum of 3 days in a row. Apply new patch. Remove existing patches before applying.Children under 18: Do not use this product as it has not been shown to be effective in children.How to Use: Peel off the center of the film. Place on the affected area. Slide off the film. Slide off the other film. Do not use more than one Salonpas patch at a time.
