Up to 8 levels can be set to increase Taravana's risk protection. The Nepto features another important protection, against the risk of hemoptysis during high-depth dives, called Bloodshift, indicating different warm-ups to perform before the depth diving. It's possible to set if the diving will be performed in salt or freshwater. Possibility to schedule the next tide in case of diving in the ocean or sea. The computer advise also the freediver when is recommended to be hydrated. The computer stores the dives in the log that can be downloaded using the Cressi BT Interface (sold apart). It's possible to set the sample rate, from 0.5 up to 2 seconds or to turn it off. The computer works also as a normal watch, showing the time, the date and it allows to set a timer and to use it a chronometer. It's possible to deactivate the Free mode while using the computer in a pool for swimming or when snorkeling.
