Does not work. I've tried it on 2 different cars.. I managed to fix it. Inside the cigarette lighter plug, a wire was loose. I soldered it to tin and it worked. See photos before and after welding. Good presentation but little wind. But for the price...

It's just junk. It did not work. It wasn't until I opened the plug that I saw that one of the wires wasn't soldered at all. I repaired that and still only cold air came out.
