It is very strange... it does hold the cell phone with the magnet and it has a good fixation on the dashboard, but I need it for when I use google maps and it turns out that as soon as I stick it to the magnet it blocks the screen. I tried it several times and the same thing always happens: I have it in my hand and as soon as I fix it in the magnetic holder the screen turns black. Yes, the instructions are heard BUT IT IS IMPORTANT TO SEE!! and that does not allow it.

Since over a month now, this mount has worked excellent. It sticks well enough to the dash, the swivel and the joints can be tightened by a screw, and the magnetic surface is broad enough for my wife's Note20Ultra.Good product
