Have converted all my shoes from laces to "rubber" laces. So you just have to slip in. The rubber never wears out and always stays in shape. So keep that in mind if your feet swell, the shoes can get too tight or just fix them a little looser from the start. Once fixed, they cannot be changed.

I bought some for a disabled relative who can't tie laces...she finds them a huge bonus....saves time, or having to ask if someone else can help her.
