Product usage: For a good night's sleep: Put 2-3 drops of Roman chamomile in a cotton ball and place it in your pillow. Mental stability: Add 8 drops of Roman chamomile, 5 drops of lavender, 5 drops of spearmint and 30g (1oz) of water to an aroma humidifier.
