Ottie Magic Pen Eyeliner features a very rich, deep color and a fine, sharp applicator that ensures precise placement of the arrows. A long-lasting formula that won't tarnish or “float” throughout the day. In addition, the eyeliner is quickly fixed - which eliminates the possibility of prints when you open the eye. The eyeliner does not lend itself to shading.
How to use: It is easier to draw neat arrows in two steps. Start drawing a line with a thin brush from the center of the eye. Smoothly move the brush to the periphery, slightly going beyond the outer corner of the eye. Then draw a thin line from the inner corner to the center. The lines should connect smoothly. Shake the eyeliner a little before applying. It is better to avoid contact of the eyeliner tip with oily textures (cream, lotion). Store only tip down to avoid drying out.
