This is an electronic mount adapter for using Nikon F-mount lenses with E-mount and Sony E-compatible cameras. Equipped with an AF drive motor, autofocus is possible not only with AF-P / AF-S / AF-I Nikkors with a built-in motor, but also with early AF Nikkors without a built-in motor.
