good evening, I received the order this evening, but 2 of them are incomplete, one does not have the button and one the flap to catch☹️ what can be done in this situation?

Two out of four work badly, the sound buzzer is clearly lower than the other two and this is important. Also one switch does not work.

They arrived on time, which is true for the second attempt. The seller is ok, I received a refund for the first order that did not arrive.
