The truth is that I bought two pairs of the same color at the same time, one went to my address in France and the other came to Portugal. The one in Portugal has a small defect that Customer Service immediately set out to solve. The matter was resolved with great professionalism and honesty, putting the money that I made available for the purchase of the same sandals in my account within three working days. I will order other similar sandals because I can no longer walk in the summer without these shoes. I have two black ones, one gray and now I have this one that has the defect because they didn't want to return it and I still want another pair because the first ones are very old. Many thanks to Joom for the integrity, respect and consideration he showed me in resolving this matter. I'm an old customer and it was the first time I had the need to say that something didn't go well and they didn't neglect my matter.
