A horizontal roll axis similar to Early Governor Vol.1 has been added to the ankle, allowing for a wider range of actions.
In addition to 3 types of wrist parts (left and right) that express hand signs, which are new modeling parts, 4 types of wrist parts (left and right) that came with Early Governor Vol. 3 are included, allowing for a wide range of expressions.
Optional parts include a backpack, a laptop terminal, and a medical gun, and can be combined with the separately sold Block Base 01DX Headquarters to create a realistic scene.
Five types of completely new head designs are included. Helmet types include the "Stahlhelm" type, which is the same as Early Governor Vol.1, as well as the "pilot type (with/without visor)".
